Personal Training sessions are usually 1 hour in duration and can be held in the home, garden or local parks.
I cover Berkshire (Newbury, Thatcham, and surrounding villages) and Hampshire (Basingstoke).
The sessions are progressive and interesting, so your body never gets in a comfort zone. I can relate some of the training to particular sport/activity that you are involved in or would like to be involved in. This all aids continuous improvement.
